Wow! Substack works!

Yesterday Canon David Roseberry wrote a very kind article about my Episcopal Missionary Ministry in Madagascar. He shared it with his (many) subscribers on Substack, and many of those people, because of his encouragement, have very kindly become subscribers of my own.

I am so very grateful to him for his support. I am so very thankful for all my new subscribers – free subscribers and paid subscribers and founding subscribers! I have been very encouraged by the comments that many of you have made.

I now have 642 subscribers and 75 paid subscribers! Considerably more than a day ago!

I cannot thank you all enough for your support, and, as I often say, I covet your prayers! This is a holy calling, but not an easy one. My wife and son are in Canada and I am here alone – able to communicate with my translator only…and while I love being alone – it is difficult to be alone this much. Your support, prayers and words of encouragement help in ways you will perhaps never know.

All this to say, thank you Canon David, and thank you new supporters and pray warriors!
